Are you a graduating therapist? Do you want to work with children or in the disability sector? The Therapy Focus Graduate Program could be for you!
Our unique program
Therapy Focus offers a 12 month therapist graduate program for talented & highly-motivated graduate occupational therapists, speech pathologists and physiotherapists.
This program is the only one of its kind within the Western Australian disability sector and is highly regarded across the State.
Graduates are assigned to one of our senior therapists who act as their guide and mentor for the duration of the program. Under this guidance, graduates practice and develop their skills in a clinical setting.
As part of the Therapy Focus Graduate Program you will:
- Gain practical experience managing a graded paediatric caseload
- Receive professional guidance & mentoring
- Receive opportunities for training and professional development
- Develop your own therapy programs & resources
- Network with other therapists, disability and health professionals
- Receive opportunities for permanent roles at the end of the program
